Description

• Act as primary point of contact for client requests and inquiries • Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned accounts • Research new leads and qualify opportunities • Leverage team tools for account planning and forecasting • Gather client requirements and present company products/services • Build proposals and value propositions for clients • Interact with stakeholders at all levels • Negotiate commercial terms and win business • Collaborate with internal teams throughout sales cycle • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a 4-year university • Work-related experience in financial technology and/or client service • World class selling skills with a track record in quota bearing sales • Practical experience in financial markets and securities industry • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and take direction • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Problem solving and analytical skills • Proactive attitude and team player • Legally authorized to work in the United States
