Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. • Create and manage project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities. • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. • Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management. • Ensure adequate documentation and knowledge transfer for project deliverables. • Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and provide guidance to project team members. • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management. • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. • Strong understanding of wealth management products, processes, and systems. • Experience in managing projects related to client onboarding, portfolio management, digital platforms, or CRM systems. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Project management certification (PMP) is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
