• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, credit-related field • 10+ years relevant work experience in lending, underwriting, credit, portfolio management • Strong understanding of fund finance • Origination track record preferred • Knowledge of financial accounting, financial analysis, and principles of secured lending • Transaction and project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to form effective client relationships • Established credit, industrial, and risk acumen
