Description

•As a Sr. Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture by partnering with dynamic leaders and hiring managers to align our values with our corporate hiring goals. •You’ll own the entire recruitment process from crafting innovative strategies to sourcing top talent, evaluating candidates, and leading the offer process across a variety of roles. •Beyond recruiting, you’ll spearhead initiatives to boost operational efficiency, drive data-backed decision making, and lead impactful change as we grow. •If you’re passionate about bringing fresh ideas to attract top talent, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll report directly to the VP of People.

Requirements

•BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related fields is desired •5+ years of in-house (corporate) full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally for software/cloud companies •Demonstrated ability and track record of success of filling a broad range of positions in a timely manner •Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from direct competitors •Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible •Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. •High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates, as well as driving intelligent conversations with hiring managers •Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with employee information •Prior experience working with Greenhouse ATS is desired •Strong familiarity utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter •Business partner and problem solver
