Description
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring plans. • Proactively drive the recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are timely. • Maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers to support business objectives.
Requirements
• Extensive Talent Acquisition Experience (3+ years) leading full-lifecycle recruiting. • Knowledge of passive sourcing practices to identify talent. • Ability to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
