Description
Drive production targets and manage a production team for a fast-growing beauty startup. Communicate and oversee daily production plans and schedules to the supervisors. Communicate production results, challenges and delays to the Production Manager. Provide mentorship and opportunities for growth for the production staff. Develop a 1:1 feedback process for supervisors and manufacturing team members. Facilitate and assist with training of new hires. Ensure a safe work environment, compliant with state, federal and local regulations. Continually strive to promote Prose mission and values.
Requirements
5-7 years of successful production leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution or similar environment (direct to consumer business is a plus). Ability to multitask and prioritize work, while remaining detail oriented. Adept at the ability to motivate others in a deadline driven environment. Proven history of owning quality and efficiency KPIs and driving them in a positive direction. Experience effectively training manufacturing associates and making sound decisions in a dynamic environment. Ability to calmly manage numerous projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines. Bachelor's Degree Preferred
