Description

• Collaborate with the Director of Data and AI Solutions to define, articulate, and champion the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap for data products. • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and uncover new opportunities in data management. • Assess complex business challenges, recommending best-in-class practices to enhance and differentiate data products. • Develop and maintain a forward-thinking product roadmap that outlines the development and release schedule for data products. • Translate business requirements into detailed data product specifications and technical requirements. • Work closely with data engineering, data science, governance, and platform teams to develop and launch data products. • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market needs, and business goals. • Provide strategic oversight to the entire data product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, data engineering, data governance, data science, or a related field, with at least 3 years specifically focused on data products or data-driven initiatives. • Strong understanding of data technologies, integration, and architecture, including familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), and data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). • Experience with BI Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analytics, including data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
