Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and specifications. • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities. • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. • Work with the marketing team to create compelling product collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies. • Conduct product training for internal teams and provide support during product launches. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders. • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales, and other stakeholders to guide product development. • Implement product updates and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands.

Requirements

• Must have experience working with SaaS companies • Must have experience working with EHR & EMRs • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and experience working with UX/UI teams.
