• Defining and shipping key product improvements for your product surface area, collaborating across Product, Design, and Engineering • Creating clearly organized product specifications with great attention to detail • Using quantitative and qualitative data to inform your product requirements • Identifying clear outcomes that measure business impact and customer satisfaction with the ability to utilize them in the decision-making process • Coordinating across the organization to ensure smooth and on-time feature launches • Communicating across the company on the unique value proposition of our product and on why and how our product is changing
Requirements
• Proven experience in product management for a software product • Ability to clearly articulate concepts and drive alignment across the organization • A “roll up your sleeves” mentality and comfort operating within ambiguity • Ability to think about the big picture but also to identify and zoom in on the details that matter • Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience building environments of collaboration and trust across teams • An entrepreneurial mindset - we’re a startup so we’re not just looking for someone to run a playbook - we want you to help build it • Passion for what we’re building here at Ethena • An impeccable sense of humor
