Description
• Manage recruitment lifecycle • Oversee onboarding process for new hires • Provide employee support • Maintain documentation for compliance • Input ADP HRIS data
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment • 2+ years Greenhouse (ATS) required • ADP lookup and data entry experience required • Experience answering general FMLA inquiries a plus • Understanding of recruiting methods and employment laws • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to adapt to change
