Description

• We are looking for a cloud support engineer. • Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding IaC best practices and DevOps concepts. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to infrastructure deployments and other topics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides. • Stay updated with trends and best practices in IaC and related technologies. • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and code or scripting. • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools, such as Pulumi, Terraform, Cloudformation and CDK. • In-depth knowledge of cloud service providers, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes. • Comfortable authoring readable maintainable code in one or more of the following; Python, TypeScript, GO, or Java • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
