• Drive execution of Quantum Metric’s event and tradeshow strategy (both in-person and virtual), including but not limited to: researching and identifying key events, internal team training for attendees, maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance • Help drive marketing generated pipeline through onsite activations, marketing programs (regional and global), lead generation campaigns, and tight collaboration with sales and SDR teams. • Manage and execute virtual/hybrid/live trade show logistics such as: virtual presence, booth space procurement, floor plan design, complex product demonstration set-up, show services selection, labor, exhibit shipping and receiving, and lead generation campaigns • Research and qualify event opportunities, venues, suppliers, etc. as needed to support marketing planning cycles • Develop internal and external marketing materials and communications for events • Provide post-project summary reporting, including (but not limited to) key takeaways, KPIs, and pipeline metrics, email marketing, project management, and similar systems • Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc. • Travel frequently – up to 25 percent of your time will be spent traveling to various events, most commonly in the London area
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or 4-6 years of marketing experience with demonstrated event management experience • Strong business acumen and understanding where marketing supports business outcomes • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a must • Proficiency with the following systems (strongly preferred): Salesforce, Asana, Goldcast, Salesloft, and Sendoso (or similar martech platforms) • A creative eye, ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, flexibility when handling contingencies, and an agile approach to problem solving • Superior written and verbal communication skills with an outstanding attention to detail • Ability to successfully partner with key leadership stakeholders across the business • A proven commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
