Description

• Seeking a Product management leader in Sample (Biospecimen) operations and Biomarker data analytics • Responsible for driving product leadership, creating integrated sample inventory operations & biomarker analytics roadmaps • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders for product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, delivering large scale software products or services in clinical space. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Bioinformatics (Biomarker data) and/or Clinical operations (Sample operations) • Strong experience in solutioning around processing and analytics of Clinical operations data (Sample) & Biomarkers data • Proven track record of a subject and domain expert in Clinical operations (Sample operations) and/or Biomarker data. • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing Business analyst teams. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex Business technical strategies to both Business and technical stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations. • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Skill in presenting well-organized and convincing information that is clear and efficient and can be understood by all audiences. • Demonstrated proficiency in business proposals methods and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases, both orally and in writing. • Good working knowledge of metrics to forecast project cost, schedule, effort, and quality. • Excellent focus on customers, peers and key vendor relationships to ensure expectations are met.
