• Establish ongoing consulting relationship with customers by being available during normal hours to answer questions, explain additional repairs needed • Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by accurately identifying the customer's service needs and by thoroughly understanding the BMW products and service lines. • Establish working agreement with the customer by determining and verifying customer's service needs and recording them along with current vehicle and customer information on the repair order (phone number & email address). • Verify customer’s need for alternative transportation (Rental, Shuttle, Taxi, & Loaner vehicle) • Coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, or other retail center personnel in order to communicate with customers and technicians regarding repair work. Determine time of completion. • Advise customer of early or late vehicle drop off and pick up procedures (i.e. Early Envelope, drop box location, or fax in reservation confirmation form). • Follow up with customers who missed their appointments. Confirm customer appointments
• Previous automotive BDC, customer service, and/or phone sales experience required • Outstanding Customer Service Skills • Trainable in various computer systems • Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability • Professional personal appearance • Must be available to work Saturdays
