• Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints
• Upgrade knowledge of products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and/or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies
• Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation.
