Description
• Work closely with designers and developers to understand user behavior • Define top-level business and team KPIs • Build a culture of goal setting and accountability • Influence product roadmap based on data insights • Lead A/B tests and communicate results effectively • Contribute to infrastructure improvements and work with ML team on novel features
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Masters in Math, CS, or related field • 5+ years of product analytics experience • Proven track record of deriving insights for product changes • Expertise in experimentation methodologies • Strong knowledge of SQL • Experience with Python or R (a plus) • Experience with complex, high-volume data analysis • Continuous learning mindset • Effective communicator with the ability to distill complex concepts
