Description

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strategic Alignment - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to align on goals, strategies, and execution, ensuring everyone is working toward shared objectives; Liaison and Communication - Serve as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, fostering seamless communication and teamwork, and ensuring both teams stay aligned and efficient • Marketing Technology Management - Technology Administration: Oversee the marketing technology stack (including Salesforce, Marketo, Marketo Measure Attribution, Drift Chat and Email, Salesloft, Ambition, etc.) as well as the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of tools that support Marketing and SDR efforts; Technology Implementation: Ensure that all systems are properly integrated, with accurate and consistent data flow across platforms • SDR Team Support: Optimize Lead Flow - Streamline lead capture, qualification, and routing for the SDR team; Improve Data Quality - Ensure accurate and actionable lead data is passed from marketing to sales; Seamless Handoffs - Develop clear protocols for smooth transitions between marketing and sales; Enhance Processes - Create efficient lead scoring, routing, and tracking systems to boost SDR effectiveness • Project Management: Timeline Development - Develop and manage detailed project timelines, outlining all tasks and milestones; Task Assignment - Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule by assigning responsibilities and setting deadlines; Project Progress Monitoring - Monitor project progress regularly, identifying any delays or issues; Cross-Functional Alignment - Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals • Process Optimization: Process Gaps Identification - Identify opportunities for process enhancements by analyzing current workflows and gathering feedback from team members; Share Best Practice - Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations; Documentation - Document all processes thoroughly to ensure clarity and consistency • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations (or similar Operations role), with a strong focus on supporting SDR teams • Proven experience with marketing and sales technology, including Salesforce, Marketo, and other analytics tools • Experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the software industry • Strong understanding of the alignment between marketing and sales processes • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Travel 25%
