Description

•Develop and refine Rightway’s growth marketing strategy, prioritizing impact over action to drive CARR goals while maximizing ROI. You will apply your strategy across different product and buyer segments and throughout the marketing funnel. •Design and implement integrated campaigns that include content, paid media, email, events, direct mail, and sales activations. •Elevate our partner activation channels by building relationships with Tier 1 partners, understanding their objectives, and creating campaigns that convert their book of business. •Develop the next phase of Rightway’s paid marketing strategy. Test-and-learn new digital and offline channels to strengthen our impact and inform larger investments as Rightway grows. •Implement A/B testing and experimentation across audience targeting and landing pages to refine marketing strategies. •Build and manage the annual growth marketing budget, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and ensuring ROI on marketing investments. (I.e., Understand when to scale strategic investments.) •Partner with senior sales leadership on key finalist pitches. Support related finalist deliverables, including presentations at key conferences and events. •Use marketing automation and analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance. •Apply data-driven insights to optimize lead generation channels, campaigns, and tactics. Track and report on key metrics, and adapt strategies to meet performance goals and CARR targets. •Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, while identifying future leaders and promoting professional development.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. •Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role within healthcare. Experience in a B2B healthcare environment preferred. •Strong understanding of the employer healthcare benefits space. •Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies and campaigns for buying cycles over 6 months. •Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools, specifically Pardot. •Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent. •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders. (i.e., experience working with the sales team to help achieve commercial goals). •Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. •Keen creative vision, with the capability to oversee design projects and campaigns.
