Requirements

• Domain expertise in backend engineering • Mastery of one or more languages: C#, Go, Java, Kotlin, Rust • Infrastructure experience with Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes • Cloud services knowledge: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with data storage, caching, interconnection, and optimization techniques • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset • Excellent relationship building and customer empathy skills • High-level technical leadership capacity • Ability to drive development and implementation of technical strategy • Passion for mentorship and support • Ability to set standards for engineering quality • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams • Ability to align technical strategies with business goals
