Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to loss mitigation processes in the mortgage servicing domain. • Translate business requirements into clear and concise user features and user stories. • Utilize ADO (Azure DevOps) to manage and track project progress. • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables. • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns. • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure integration and functionality. • Provide detailed documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings. • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and 3-6 years of experience OR 6-10 years of experience in lieu of a degree in loan servicing, including any area, such as Support. • Strong expertise in ADO (Azure DevOps) for project management and collaboration. • Proficiency in creating user features and user stories to guide software development. • Experience with Tempo or similar Loss Mitigation tools. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
