Description

• This role will execute best practices, achieve efficiencies, and utilize systems to support the Company's strategic goals, financial plan, and key performance indicators. • The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents in a dynamic fast-paced environment. • The position reports to the Head of Global Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a business, finance or data focus and/or related job experience. Masters degree preferred. • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; credibility with peers and executive-level interactions • Experience in a complex environment with multiple sources of customer data. Integrated complicated systems to empower sales, marketing and customer success with useful information. • Tackled high priority strategic and operational initiatives • Supported execution of projects and programs by creating visibility (project plans), progress (trackers/status-updates), and recommendations on best path forward • Salesforce experience • SaaS experience • PMP certified is a plus

Work with other internal stakeholders to improve insights from data collection & extraction from the systems. • Provide business representation for risk, compliance, legal and work closely with sales team, marketing team and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. • Exhibit a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.
