Description

• Sell Scalesology Services: Know the capabilities of Scalesology and be able to apply these capabilities to potential client’s business challenges. • Find new opportunities to expand Scalesology services. • Possess an Auditory Sensory/Learning Style - ask questions to gain clarity, answer questions with clarity, attentive listening, etc. • Be a trusted advisor that creates a Know Like Trust Referral (KLTR) network. • Hunts targeted accounts within Scalesology market sweet spot. • Builds out a geographic sales region. • Be an ambassador for Scalesology: Follow Scalesology's Core Values. • Conduct yourself with positivity, professionalism and integrity, while representing Scalesology. • Commit to the Cause: Attending a set amount of sales meetings. • Capturing sales information in our CRM. • Reaching sales goals. • Helping with marketing efforts when asked to do so. • Work with Scalesology Operations Team to put together sales estimates, proposals and contracts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful sales experience selling application development, data analytics or technology consulting services. • Have the cornerstone of abilities to handle new client sales, partner relationships, and account management. • Excel in asking questions to identify the needs and pain points of the potential client. • Excel in the ability to guide the potential client through a process to develop a solution while building a strong relationship with the client. • Be a great communicator - the ability to put thoughts into words, create presentations and give presentations. • Enjoys the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. • Derives great satisfaction from being busy, productive, and achieving goals. • Must have sufficient internet bandwidth to conduct Teams and Zoom meetings. • Must be able to attend in-person business meetings within territory. • Have a Bachelor’s degree • Bonus: Experience in the manufacturing or serviced based industries as a consultant or sales representative.
