Description

• The Client Services Manager manages partner relationships in SEO Career’s internship program • Acts as the key client contact for SEO Partners aligned by vertical • Coordinates the internal partner access process and shares candidate resumes/profiles with partners • Leverages analytical capabilities to organize and track information about partner requisitions and performs regular reporting • Develops and implements strategies to increase partner engagement and satisfaction • Collaborates with the SEO Marketing & Communications team to create Partner Newsletter • Creates and disseminates the annual Intern Request Survey for upcoming recruitment cycles • Coordinates with partners and internal operations team to host webinars

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3-5 years of professional work experience within a client services, account management, or partnership role • Must have 2+ years' experience in a client-facing position as a primary point of contact • A background in or working knowledge of financial services, private equity, or corporate staffing is preferred • General technical proficiencies within a cloud-based environment, including using MS365 products, Box, Monday.com, and intermediate Excel • Excellent communications skills, proficient in communicating across email, chat, and phone • A deep curiosity and passion for SEO’s mission, vision, and values is nonnegotiable
