Description

• Responsible for managing the customer portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Help customers manage product usage and find solutions. • Negotiate pricing and navigate technical conversations. • Develop and nurture client relationships and identify new opportunities. • Monitor customer satisfaction and draft strategic plans for revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in establishing strong business relationships with stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS sales and a track record of winning multi-year 4-6 figure deals. • Fluent in German (must!). • Self-motivated, hard worker and fast learner with excellent communication skills. • Ability to assemble information into meaningful value propositions.
