Description

• Develop and implement a strong customer focus within SmartestEnergy • Collaborate with customers and brokers to originate new business • Support sales support and customer service where needed • Initiate and support new products for customers and brokers • Perform market research to facilitate state/utilities expansion • Embody corporate culture: One Team, One Future; Innovate to Accelerate, Think Customer • Maximize sales • Work with other departments to solve problems for customers and brokers • Support the implementation and development of Salesforce expertise • Train new members of the sales team on Salesforce functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 6 Years of industry experience • Strong stakeholder management skills • High emotional resilience and good interpersonal skills • Energetic, driven, and committed to success while working under pressure • Seasoned consultative selling skills • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite • High level of written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage priorities and confidently communicate roadblocks to stakeholders • History of strong leadership • Extensive industry contacts • Ability to lead and promote positive change throughout the business
