• 5+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software products • Track record of designing simple solutions to complex user problems that drove business impact and customer value • Experience handling complex projects and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholders • Ability to collaborate well with front-end engineers • Expertise in users’ needs and good research skills • Proficient in designing intuitive solutions that fit into users’ workflows • Excellent storytelling and communication skills • Opinionated but adaptable during design challenges
