Description
• Design simple, high-quality products that solve complex problems for customers • Partner closely with Product Managers to understand requirements and design solutions • Create multiple design options and iterate on feedback • Collaborate with Engineering to manage cost/benefit tradeoffs • Create organized and detailed design requirements in Figma • Seek end-user feedback to evaluate usability • Lay the foundation for design at Snappt • Prioritize design work across multiple stakeholders • Set design standards and best practices
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software products • Track record of designing simple solutions to complex user problems that drove business impact and customer value • Experience handling complex projects and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholders • Ability to collaborate well with front-end engineers • Expertise in users’ needs and good research skills • Proficient in designing intuitive solutions that fit into users’ workflows • Excellent storytelling and communication skills • Opinionated but adaptable during design challenges
