Description
• Onboard and adapt team members for client projects. • Conduct one-on-one sessions to identify issues. • Collaborate with client stakeholders for performance feedback. • Work closely with Delivery and Account Managers. • Provide weekly/monthly reports to the client.
Requirements
• 6+ months of commercial experience as a Project Manager in outsourcing/outstaffing. • Advanced English level. • Good theoretical knowledge and junior practical knowledge of: • Scrum, • Kanban, • Estimation techniques, • Budget Management, • Timeline Management, • Scope Management, • Progress Tracking, • Staff Management, • Client Management, • Change Management, • Risk management.
