🔄 Hybrid – Manhattan
• Responsible for planning and execution of the Americas product marketing strategy in close partnership with the Executive Director • Focused on in-depth data analytics to drive strategy, implement effective marketing campaigns and impact consumer behavior to drive growth
• 10+ years of related marketing experience • Beauty industry experience required, category experience preferred • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, the ability to simplify complexity and solve problems required • Strong communication skills with a focus on building and fostering strong relationships with team and cross functional team members • Ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback in a fast-paced environment • Must be comfortable working in our NYC HQ 1-3 days a week
