• Responsible for seamless integration of global supply chain processes and systems. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. • Develop and manage a comprehensive project portfolio aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or operations, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and process improvement initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a global environment, and a deep understanding of supply chain best practices and industry trends. • Proven project management experience, including PMP certification preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with global supply chain processes and systems. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including the preparation of presentations and other strategic communications). • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Experience with change management methodologies. • Experience in portfolio management and prioritization.
