Description

• Mapping baseline operational models across key business processes • Quantifying operational impact for new Platform products and service offerings • Modeling transformation ROI across people, process, and technologies • Developing transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities • Defining executive reports and dashboards on organization performance • Creating cross-functional change management and solution design frameworks • Driving project and program execution to ensure on-time delivery of transformation solutions. • Visualizing strategic plans and progress plus business intelligence reports • Performing other administrative responsibilities, as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 or a master's degree with 0-2 years of Operations transformation experience; distinguished candidates possess a background in a financial-services sales, delivery, customer service, or related functions • Hunger to continuously learn and embrace change in dynamic environments • Proven technical and analytical skills • Effective communicator with an aptitude for building trusted relationships • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly complex Excel functions and scripts, with desire to expand expertise across new applications, as needed; distinguished candidates have experience in BI tools such as Tableau and Microsoft BI • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar solutions greatly distinguishes candidates.
