⢠Database Management: Oversee operational spreadsheets and databases required for improving operational decisions ⢠Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making ⢠Internal Communication: Prepare internal communication and change management materials, including memos, presentations, communication plans, talking points, etc. ⢠Operational Documentation: Draft and edit business cases, project documentation, and other operational materials. ⢠Stakeholder Management: Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders including understanding their challenges, priorities, and needs ⢠Vendor Management: Support the vendor management process, including vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation. ⢠Champion Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. ⢠Streamline Processes: Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance daily operations.
⢠Proven Experience: 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Biz Ops, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product management ⢠Developing Workflows: Experience designing business processes for cross-functional teams ⢠Autonomous Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems and resolve them independently ⢠Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills ⢠Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience communicating with business leaders and executives ⢠Data Insights: Ability to analyze data and prepare synthesized reports ⢠Cross Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams ⢠B2C & Software Development: Experience in B2C tech or knowledge of the software development process is strongly preferred ⢠Bonus: Experience with vendor management and procurement processes is a plus
