Description
• Prepare and analyze data relating to clinician productivity, patient outcomes, customer acquisition, and other items deemed necessary by business leadership. • Assist in the compilation of monthly reporting packages, long-term financial model development, and other detailed financial analyses across the organization. • Assist in developing financial forecasts and annual budgets • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making • Support project management for key enterprise initiatives, facilitating collaboration among both corporate and market leaders throughout the organization. • Facilitate accountability and financial discipline throughout the organization by bringing together multiple data sources to design and develop reports that answer key business questions. • Build, maintain, and continuously improve internal metrics dashboards within various analytics platforms. • Identify and analyze financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or another related discipline with an analytical basis. • Minimum of two (2) years of analytical experience required. • Prior experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, data analytics, and / or corporate strategy is strongly preferred. • At least one (1) year of health care industry experience preferred. • Demonstrated high-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential. • Proficiency in at least one of the following analytical tools is preferred: SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. • Ability to synthesize, present, and effectively communicate financial information and analyses. • Proven ability to thrive in a startup or similarly dynamic professional environment. • Passionate about SOL’s purpose to help individuals find healing and balance. • US work authorization.
