Description

• Our ideal Fixed Asset Accountant / Construction Accountant will manage and oversee the accounting and financial reporting of the company's fixed assets and construction projects. • This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in relation to fixed assets and construction accounting. • The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be capable of working with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Education - bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, focusing on fixed assets and/or construction accounting. • Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting standards. • Project management or tracking. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems). • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis and reporting tools. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
