Description

• Seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead channel sales strategy and exceed targets. • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to maximize revenue. Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while expanding existing partnerships. Cultivate strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration. • Provide inspirational leadership to the channel sales team, set clear expectations, and drive performance. Implement effective sales processes and metrics. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through the channel sales network. Develop innovative sales programs and incentives. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and tools. • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach. Negotiate and manage complex partner agreements. Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and network with potential partners. • Work effectively across departments to identify and execute new growth opportunities. Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives. • Provide regular updates and strategic insights on channel sales performance, revenue growth, and key initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing cybersecurity channel sales leadership teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets. • Deep understanding of channel sales models, partner programs, and incentives. Strong existing partner network with the ability to identify and recruit new partners. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Strategic thinker with a comprehensive market understanding and the ability to develop and execute effective plans. • Proven success in building value-add models for MSSPs, MSPs, and Value-Added Resellers. Skilled at identifying partner needs and mapping relevant solutions. • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Strong attention to detail, execution-focused, highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
