Description

• Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for AI-based software solutions in oil and gas. • Responsible for leading end-to-end product development process. • Drive product strategy and roadmap planning considering market trends and customer feedback. • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and define user stories. • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. • Lead cross-functional teams and present product updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in geoscience, computer science, engineering, or a related industry specific field; MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably delivering solutions within the oil and gas industry. • Strong understanding of users, buyers and operations in oil and gas exploration. Experience in the oil and gas industry is required. • Proven track record of delivering successful software products and driving business growth. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
