Account Manager

• Drive product usage and growth with an existing book of 5-24 accounts depending on account size and maturity.
• Build trust with existing champions/economic buyers, and prospects to build relationships with new buyers/users within the account.
• Build expansion plan with the support of the head of sales and lead deployment to drive account growth with other teams/departments/affiliates.
• Generate additional revenue with project management, event production and onsite logistics services.
• Understand customers’ needs and make personalized recommendations to ensure customers are successful using our SpotMe platform.
• Respond to inbound requests from new users and affiliates within existing accounts, present the product, run demos, scope and quote additional services, and track new opportunities for closure.
• Partner with the implementation team to onboard new accounts and user groups.
• Partner with the solution architect to build integrations with systems of record (CRM, marketing automation platforms, identity providers) and other enterprise IT systems.

Customer Support

• Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via chat, email, or phone.
• Manage client incidents and requests through to resolution.
• Provide first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise to answer our customers' questions.
• Drive customer adoption and support ad-hoc training.
• Submit tickets for iOS and Android app releases.
• Handle escalations with the engineering department.
• Prepare FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities.

Customer Support Specialist

Solutions Engineer

• A key member of the sales team, you will lead technical pre-sales activities for new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Demo SpotMe products with a tailored approach to the customer use cases and value proposition across key verticals (life sciences, professional services, technology)
• Provide technical pre-sales and solution engineering support to the sales team, capturing, researching and documenting the customer use cases and technical requirements, and designing a compelling solution, from the initial lead to the deal closure (with support from product and engineering teams)
• Create supporting assets for key deals, such as videos of important capabilities, and presentations outlining user experience, data and system integrations, data flows, security concepts and overall value of the solution
• Drive technical discovery sessions with customers by addressing all buying persona with a detailed implementation plan, including event management, marketing operations, data & analytics, IT and information security (with support from sales leadership, product, engineering, legal and information security teams)
