Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps and Legal teams on contracts and billing. • Maintain customer records and identify billing contacts during onboarding. • Prepare customer invoices and own collection processes. • Assist with cash posting and payment applications to customer balances. • Maintain aged receivables balances and support resolution of open items. • Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments. • Support internal and external audit requests.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and proactively. • 1-3 years of accounting experience with a BA degree. • Strong problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Expert in multi-tasking on high-priority projects and time management skills. • Detail oriented and analytical, producing high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
