Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in people roles at high-performing and venture-backed tech startups • Pivotal role in scaling organizations, particularly in Series B+ stages • Detail-oriented yet fast-paced, able to make quick decisions without all the data • Expertise in compensation programs and benefits • Understand what it takes to attract, recruit, and retain highly skilled individuals • Foster a culture of high performance and accountability • Operationalizing people-centric programs and systems • Excited to enable leadership development for management team
