Description

• Guide ecosystem engineering teams in the development of core protocol stack innovations and ecosystem expansions. • Translate the developer product strategy and infrastructure needs into well-crafted grants to support research, development, and innovation within the Uniswap ecosystem. • Lead, identify and engage in both grassroots developer growth and ecosystem business development activities. • Stay abreast of the latest in MEV, new protocol launches, and DeFi innovations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technical leadership within the DeFi or blockchain space. • Strong technical understanding of L1 and L2 blockchains. • Strong experience in product management and ecosystem development. • Exceptional ability to write clear and effective grants. • Demonstrated ability in managing large, cross-functional engineering teams. • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and driving developer engagement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
