Description

• Leading hot yoga classes that align with the studio's philosophy and high standards of practice. • Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all levels. • Providing safe and effective instruction, including modifications for various abilities and needs. • Developing strong relationships with students, offering encouragement, guidance, and support. • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students during sessions by monitoring the class environment. • Maintaining the studio’s atmosphere by following cleanliness and safety protocols. • Assisting with student check-ins, answering questions, and helping with studio tasks as needed. • Staying up-to-date with the latest yoga techniques and trends to keep classes innovative and fresh. • Representing the studio's core values and mission in every interaction with students and staff. • Supporting the overall community atmosphere, including participating in occasional events or workshops.

Requirements

• Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and members • Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommended • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor • Solid verbal and written communication skills required • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns • Previous experience as a coach or instructor, preferred • Current CPR Certification or to be obtained within three months of start date • Excellent time management skills; must be able to manage many tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word) • Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment • Health & Fitness minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferred
