• Manage office requests • Visitor processing (internal and external) • Coordinate office seating and conference rooms • Oversee office work with vendors • Coordinate in-office happy hours • Assist with major events • Kitchen maintenance including restocking snacks and beverages • New hire onboarding and gifting • Coordinate NY events with the marketing team • Administrative tasks including reception backup and mailing

Requirements

• 5+ years of office manager, facilities, operations and/or events experience • Acute attention to accuracy and detail • Effective communication and strong problem-solving skills • Energetic, motivated and team-oriented • Independent thinker and self-starter • Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines • Proficiency with building rules and codes
