Description
• Drive thought leadership and build relationships with key business and technical stakeholders • Work to deeply understand customer's business objectives and apply Stripe's solutions • Secure technical wins for Stripe's products • Create scalable processes, partnerships, and assets to support sales • Expand Stripe's footprint within existing accounts and new markets • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver impactful briefings for Mid Market accounts • Act as voice of the customer to inform product team • Work closely with professional services and partners to accelerate activations and time to live • Collaborate with partners to help Stripe scale and reach its Total Addressable Market
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering role • Domain experience in payments space preferred • Deep understanding in writing code in Stripe's primary deployment languages • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Comfortable explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Able and willing to learn Stripe solutions • Ability to understand how different technologies and systems interact • Executive engagement skills and ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with the broader GTM team • Problem-solving ability with technology and creative thinking • Ability to travel per business needs
