• Responsible for guiding and directing Repair Operations • Maximize customer satisfaction • Develop knowledge of customer accounts serviced • Demonstrate broad understanding of SunSource customer service functions • Communicate and coordinate efforts with all SunSource departments

Requirements

• 4 year degree preferred (Technical, Marketing or Business); 2 year Technical degree minimum • 6 or more years customer service experience • 2 or more years managing as a supervisor or working in a lead position • Hands-on Hydraulic repair shop experience • Leadership role as shop lead or foreman
