Description

• Support the sales team in contacting prospective clients via email, phone, and social media. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions and sales activity records. • Work closely with the Leadership team to align sales campaigns. • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve sales performance. • Help identify and research potential leads through various channels.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Eager to learn about sales processes and strategies. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
