Description

• Take ownership of data infrastructure and quality • Manage Customer Data Platform (CDP) • Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate new tools and technologies • Work closely with the CX team to drive website and app improvements • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in data management and e-commerce

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in product management or product ownership • Strong understanding of data infrastructure, including experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), tag management systems, and data analytics tools • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement initiatives • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Experience and passion for quality assurance • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
