Description
• Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with Tennr’s brand objectives and business goals. • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site/virtual coordination. • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive event registration and attendance using digital marketing channels, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. • Conduct post-event debriefs to analyze the success of events, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful events. • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and without breaking a sweat. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Able to analyze data to assess the success of events and optimize future strategies. • Highly organized and with a keen eye for detail • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
