Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with Tennr’s growth objectives and ensures a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates. • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure consistent and effective hiring practices across the organization. • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth recruitment process. • Work closely with the executive team and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting support. • Enhance Tennr’s employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. • Utilize data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics, identify trends, and optimize the recruitment process. • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract a diverse pool of candidates and foster an inclusive work environment. • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other recruitment vendors as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry. • A solid understanding of the technical recruiting landscape and how to best find, attract and acquire technical talent. • A track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and levels, including senior and executive positions. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a recruitment team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on long-term talent acquisition goals. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Ashby is a plus), HR software (Rippling is a plus), and recruitment tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
