Description

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, with an emphasis on finding values-aligned top talent. • Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers across the business to develop a deep understanding of their portions of the business. • Develop and improve upon candidate experience in order to ensure all candidates go through a standardized interview process. • Source candidates through creative channels and proactively manage and build a talent pipeline. • Meticulous ownership of assigned requisitions in Greenhouse to allow for accurate candidate assessment and data collection. • Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the tech sector; building GTM and G&A teams across startups/agencies and established organizations. • Business results orientation: Demonstrated ability to set ambitious goals and achieve them through focused effort. Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment. • Strategic Mindset: Willingness to roll up sleeves, build necessary tools and processes independently. Align strategies with company and team goals. • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Proficiency: Experience with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. • Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of and commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and Grindr's mission.
