Description
• Lead the evolution of school's operational strategy • Manage coordination of logistics related to New York State Assessments • Collaborate with school leaders to build and maintain strong relationships within the school community • Manage student transportation logistics • Serve as TEP’s primary contact for school nurse and the Office of School Health
Requirements
• Bring a minimum of 5+ years of impactful management experience in operational roles • Strong project management and supervisory experience required; displays the ability to manage strategic operations and influence direct and indirect reports • Energized by managing school operations projects and initiatives, adhering to sensitive timelines and modeling excellent organizational skills • Exhibit a genuine passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive School Operations teams • Showcase enthusiasm for big-picture school operations strategy and innovation • Deeply committed to TEP's organizational vision
