Description

• Create and own the go-to-market plan. Develop, maintain, and execute on a robust customer acquisition strategy. • Build and execute financing strategies to deploy at scale, ranging from sales to investment to new carbon economies and debt instruments. • Develop, implement and execute on sales and revenue projections. • Work cross functionally with our Head of Engineering to integrate customer needs with product capabilities to validate product market fit. • Develop relationships with ecosystem partners to scale Thalo’s business while advocating for climate mitigation technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying large scale financing mechanisms, such as community renewable energy and/or carbon financing. • Proven experience crafting and executing on a GTM plan at an early stage startup through scale and negotiating large, multi-year contracts • Demonstrated success developing customers and establishing a process for evaluating, prioritizing and staging customer pipeline. • Experience managing people with a proven ability to be immersed in details and, at the same time, work on the bigger picture. • A process mindset with high attention to detail combined with the ability to quickly pivot as initial assumptions are tested, new information is received and new opportunities are identified.

At our ground-floor stage, our compensation structure places a strong emphasis on the value of high equity, with an annual base salary ranging from $175,000 to $225,000.
